About the Role
We are currently seeking Controllers with experience from the real estate industry. In this role at our client, you will work on follow-up, budgeting, and forecasting processes, as well as prepare reports for management and the board. You will have a special focus on the financial tracking of real estate projects within renovation, maintenance, and new construction.

Assignment Period and Scope
The Controller position is a full-time consulting assignment with a start date to be agreed upon. The initial contract lasts for three months with the possibility of extension.

Remote work is allowed 1–2 days per week, depending on business needs.

Requirements:

  • University degree in economics or a related field, plus at least 5 years of professional experience as a Controller.
  • Experience with financial reporting in large, complex organizations within a corporate group structure.
  • Proven ability to independently manage financial tracking of real estate projects in a property company.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Experience working with investment calculations, project tracking, and capitalization in asset registers.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with analytical tools (e.g., QlikView Hypergene, Insikt, Power BI).
  • Experience with financial systems (e.g., UBW, Visma, Unit 4 ERP, Raindance).
